Laila Green Lentils are nutritious and versatile plant-based proteins. Lending peppery flavour, green lentils are a tasty complement to any meal. Maintaining a firm texture even after cooking, they are a go-to ingredient for salads, pasta, dals, soups and other vegetarian dishes.
Green Lentils. May contain cereals containing gluten.
Soak the lentils overnight. Rinse in cold water and then bring to the boil. Simmer for 30-40 minutes or until tender. Do not eat raw.
