It's Almost the end of Indian Mangoes Season

The season’s coming to an end and they are going fast out of season. Fewer trays are out. Stacked high before, they are now plateaus , we will be closing our mangoes sale around the 15th of July and are importing the last few batches if Mangoes from India , so make the most out of what we have to offer, here are some Ideas for the Mango Lovers , make a puree of mangoes and with  a touch of sugar and lime juice and zest. pass it through a strainer. Let it chill, churn it and leave it to freeze and enjoy it over the next few months when there is no Mangoes or alternatively you can Eat one in the morning , sanck on them throught the day and then Eat one before you sleep to soak up on the mangoes until Next Year .
